By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Use
●My commissions are for personal use only.
●Commercial use must be discussed beforehand
● You can not resell my commission or use them in AI or as an NFT
● You are not allowed to change, modify, or use my works without my permission.
●Never repost the commission to other sites without crediting me.
●You are not allowed to take credit for the artwork or reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially
●I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion
General Terms
●Watermark will always be visible on the illustration and can not be removed
●Commissions will be finished in 1 to 4 weeks, depending on my availability and complexity of the commission.
●You are only purchasing the digital file.
●Please provide references and any kind of information needed for your request.
● I do not accept AI pictures as refference, and i wont work with them !
●I reserve the right to post every commissioned piece on my social media.
●If I'm very busy and I can't complete your commission I will fully return your payment, but only if I decide is necessary.
●Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
